The Road @ Chapel Hills opens their facility for ministry events. We also rent our facility for approved business/organization events. Let us know how we can help you.

Please answer each question to help our team process your request. Any missing information can cause delays and/or challenges on the day of your event(s).

What rooms do you need?

→ Note for church members, you will need to set up and put away anything used for your event. If you need help, please let us know.

→ For outside organizations, we will set up, clean up, and put away all needed items for you unless other arrangements are made.

Is this an event that you would like promoted (announced in service)?
→ Please be aware we need a minimum of 4 weeks notice for announcements and it may not be announced every Sunday til the event.
