Women’s Barre Fitness Class

An event every month that begins at 9:00 am on day First of the month, repeating until November 20, 2020
Description: Barre class is a low impact workout focusing on proper alignment, by blending cardio, flexibility, balance, strength training and core conditioning in a total body workout that targets hips, glutes, abs, backs, and arms. We will focus on Aligning our minds, hearts and bodies with God as we worship Him through our movement.

Who: High School Women and Up
Time: 9:00-10:30 AM Fridays, Live classes. 1st Friday of every month. Every other Friday a link will be sent out for a private in home class.
