Child Check-In Administrator (Part-Time)

Part-time Position (7 Hours/Week)

Our Child Check‑In Administrator ensures a safe, smooth, and welcoming experience for every family entering our Children’s Ministry. With a focus on hospitality, organization, and safety, the Child Check‑In Administrator helps new and returning families feel supported as their children enter a fun, secure, and Christ‑centered environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Manages our check‑in software
  • Prepares check‑in stations before services
  • Assists families with registration
  • Leads the volunteer team that serves at the check‑in counter
